let do the Auto-scan , red lines should appear , they indicate a rootkit.

post gMer report ( click "copy" ) and paste in a new txt document you created on your desktop.
Accomodate it on http://cjoint.com ( or other ) and give the link they gave you in exchange on the forum.

And :

be care there's all checked on the right without "QuickScan", and click scan.

do the same thing to have the report , accomodate , and give the link.
